In December 2021, Hull Sisters welcomed over 150 women and children to celebrate the festive season together with an afternoon of joy, connection, and shared culture.
The festive party offered a safe, warm, and uplifting space for families from all backgrounds across Hull to gather. Guests enjoyed a wonderful feast of diverse homemade foods, accompanied by lively music, dancing, and plenty of laughter.
For many women in our community, the winter season can bring feelings of isolation, financial strain, or displacement. Gatherings like our Christmas party provide a vital lifeline ensuring that every woman and child feels welcomed, celebrated, and supported by an extended family of sisters.
