In March 2022, Hull Sisters brought our community together to mark International Women’s Day and Women’s History Month with an empowering day of connection, reflection, and celebration.
The gathering provided an inclusive space to celebrate the achievements of women from diverse backgrounds across Hull, while maintaining a clear focus on the pressing issues affecting our community. Throughout the event, discussions highlighted the critical need for gender equality, fair access to opportunities, and the fundamental right to safety for all women.
By sharing our stories, traditions, and collective experiences, Hull Sisters reaffirmed our commitment to breaking down social and economic barriers. Together, we continue to build a community where every woman feels valued, secure, and empowered to lead.
